Golden Residency Visa Threshold

Bahrain’s Ministry of Interior has reduced the minimum real estate investment required for its Golden Residency visa from BHD 200,000 to BHD 130,000 (USD 345,000). The Golden Residency program, launched in 2022, offers a 10‑year renewable residence permit with work rights and family reunification. Bahrain set the lower threshold to make the visa more accessible and strengthen its appeal as an investment destination.
